About The Job

Gunzilla Games is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our us working on our game OTG (Off The Grid), an all-new AAA Extraction Battle Royale shooter, currently available as Early Access on PlayStation®5, Xbox® Series X|S, and PC.

Responsibilities

As our Senior Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and other paid UA channels.
  • Manage daily campaign operations: targeting, bidding, pacing, creative testing, and budget distribution.
  • Drive high-quality user growth by continuously improving CPI, ROAS, LTV, and retention metrics.
  • Work closely with the Creative Team to develop high-performing concepts, briefs, and iterations based on data.
  • Coordinate with ad network managers (Meta, TikTok, Google, Unity, etc.) to get channel insights, troubleshoot, and unlock new opportunities.
  • Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, formats, and funnel elements.
  • Monitor analytics dashboards (Adjust, PowerBi/Google Sheets) and deliver actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Product teams on lifecycle improvements and post-install optimization.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, proper event mapping, and compliant funnel measurement with MMP + platform APIs.
  • Prepare weekly reporting on performance, learnings, and next steps.
  • Stay updated with privacy changes, platform policy shifts, and new formats — translate them into actionable strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on media buying experience in gaming, mobile apps, or digital products.
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Proven track record of scaling UA campaigns with measurable results (CPI/ROAS targets) strarting from 6 figure monthly budgets.
  • Deep understanding of Meta, TikTok, Google Ads mechanics, optimization logic, and attribution principles.
  • Strong analytical skills — ability to work with cohorts, retention curves, cost breakdowns, and LTV.
  • Experience collaborating with internal creative teams and external production partners.
  • Comfortable managing 6-7 — figure monthly budgets and optimizing spend allocation.
  • All-hands, proactive mindset — ability to take ownership, be flexible, and execute fast in a startup-like pace.
  • Experience working with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust), mobile analytics tools, and ad-network dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a globally distributed team.

PLUSSES

  • Experience in console or cross-platform game marketing.
  • Knowledge of creative strategy frameworks for shooter/cyberpunk genres.
  • Experience running influencer/UGC campaigns or working with creators.
