Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Android Developer with hands-on experience in Kotlin to design, build, and maintain high-performance Android applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Android architecture, modern frameworks, and mobile app development best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and RESTful web services.
- Implement MVVM / Clean Architecture for scalable and maintainable applications.
- Optimize app performance, memory usage, and ensure smooth UI/UX.
- Manage source code using Git / GitHub / Bitbucket, ensuring version control best practices.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
- Work with Firebase (Crashlytics, Push Notifications, Analytics) for app stability and insights.
- Stay up to date with the latest Android development trends, tools, and libraries.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and good knowledge of Java.
- Solid understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack Libraries (ViewModel, LiveData, Room, Navigation, WorkManager).
- Experience with Android Studio, Gradle, and Material Design principles.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and Retrofit / OkHttp.
- Hands-on experience with Coroutines, Dependency Injection (Hilt/Dagger), and MVVM architecture.
- Knowledge of Firebase, Push Notifications, and Analytics integration.
- Experience with Play Store release process and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
