Job Summary :

  • Lead a product segment to achieve defined objectives, drive premium expansion and market creation, ensure market and business objectives like market share, growth, and profitability, influence subsidiary decisions with analyses and facts, present to C-level executives and regional customers, and act as a spokesperson at events and international fairs..



Responsibilities:

  • Manage a category of products, or its sub-categories, ensuring the achievement of sales goals, revenue, profit and market share.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and areas for improvement, utilizing data from third party providers (GfK) and internal sales data
  • Development of market reports, to evaluate competitors Line Up by Country, by segment, by price and channels
  • Ensure that Sales Plan (sell in/out) are consistent with regional strategy and market objectives, and make recommendations of action plan to cover the gaps.
  • Develop additional Ad Hoc reports to generate insights on competitors' rivalry (new players, products, technologies, marketing/communication actions), trends regarding channels (online/offline), consumer profiles, price positioning and market forecast reviews.
  • Support H.Q and Subsidiaries for quarterly meeting Biz Reviews, address product requests, as well organizing meeting, prepare presentations and following up action items.
  • Hold periodic meetings with subsidiaries to assess market status, action plans and interaction with internal departments (marketing, retail, online).
  • Be responsible for a product category, as well as the subsidiary's focal point.





Skills and Qualifications :

  • University degree (completed), preferably in courses related to the Business area;
  • +7 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Consulting, Data driven or Business background
  • Experience with line up/portfolio management
  • Prior experience Consumer electronic industry is preferred
  • Experience on marketing campaign, on / off line communication, market research and retail KPI´s
  • High level of computer knowledge (Excel and Power Point) and proven organizational, reporting and prioritization skills;
  • Interpersonal and commercial skills (ability to mobilize people, ease of working in a team);
  • Languages: Fluent English
