Design Experience: 1-5 years of UI/UX design experience, with prior work on social or dating products being a strong advantage.

Design Style: Demonstrated expertise in luxury design standards, with the ability to infuse high-end and refined aesthetics into UI interfaces. A strong eye for balancing color schemes, material textures, and minimalist elegance.

Proficiency in Design Tools: Advanced skills in Figma, Sketch, and After Effects (Ae).

Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to clearly and confidently present design concepts and collaborate with the team.

Availability: Flexibility to dedicate part-time hours, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work promptly.

Job Responsibilities:

Interface Optimization: Perform detailed optimizations of existing UI styles, enhancing visual appeal and functionality. Tailor designs to meet specific project and product requirements.

Craft Visual Language for Target Markets: Develop sophisticated and high-end visual styles that draw inspiration from French and Italian aesthetics, catering to the preferences of European and American audiences.

Team Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate closely with the design team, provide regular updates on progress, share professional insights, and refine designs based on constructive feedback.

Preferred Qualification:

Candidates with a degree from the Florence Academy of Fine Arts or equivalent experience in luxury-focused design will be prioritized.
