Description

  • The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and driving collaboration across departments to deliver effective, scalable solutions. This role requires flexibility, analytical depth, and strong coordination between product owners, marketing, third-party providers, and compliance.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with management, product, marketing, compliance, and third-party providers to identify growth opportunities, efficiency gains, and areas for competitive advantage. Beyond requirement gathering, this position focuses on analyzing player behavior, conversion funnels, promotional performance, and operational processes to recommend improvements that enhance profitability, retention, and business scalability.
  • In the future, this position will evolve into a leadership role, managing a team of Business Analysts, defining quality standards, and providing mentorship to ensure consistent delivery excellence across the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business performance analysis across verticals (casino, sportsbook, marketing, operations) to identify trends, inefficiencies, and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to define and document business and functional requirements for new features on our gaming platform.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement, Manuals, and Requirements, using solutions like Confluence.
  • Analyze and interpret business needs and translate them into detailed requirements and user stories.
  • Analyze and interpret player and product data to support decision-making on acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies.
  • Collaborate with third-party providers and platform partners to optimize integrations, performance reporting, and feature adoption.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking, ensuring visibility of business metrics and performance against targets.
  • Utilize skills to query and analyze data to support decision-making and requirement definition.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses, identifying product, promotional, and market positioning gaps that can be turned into strategic advantages.
  • In the future, lead and mentor BA team for overall company BA standards and process


Requirements:

  • Strong business and analytical mindset, comfortable using data to drive decisions, optimize KPIs, and guide product strategy.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in iGaming or working with B2B providers
  • Ability to learn fast.
  • Working in the Brazilian market for the past 2 years minimum.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating with remote or offshore development teams in different timezones.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and querying (SQL, excel-type and other analytics tools preferred).
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and process-improvement abilities.
  • Good Presentation Skills (powerpoint-type knowledge).
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese required
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in a Science/Business/Engineering field
