Infrastructure Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including network, server, storage, and security teams.
• Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders.
• Data Center Transformation:
• Lead the planning and execution of data center migrations and consolidations.
• Develop and implement data center optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Assess current data center infrastructure and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Define and implement data center standards and best practices.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and security.
• Experience with data center migration tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL and other project management methodologies.
• Leadership and Communication:
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Effectively communicate project status and risks to stakeholders at all levels.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful data center transformation projects.
• Strong project management skills, including PMP certification (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Additional Considerations:

• Experience with cloud migration and hybrid cloud environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages.
