Your Mission: Build, Design, Innovate

As a Java Full-Stack Developer, you will join a project team working directly with our clients—on-site or in hybrid mode. You will apply your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to deliver high-impact software solutions within complex, large-scale environments.

What You Will Do

Design:

Architect and design robust backend services (Java/Spring) and intuitive web interfaces, ensuring full alignment with functional and technical requirements.

Develop:

Implement scalable, secure, and maintainable features across the full stack—Java/Spring Boot on the backend, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) on the frontend.

Integrate:

Build and optimize APIs, ensure seamless integration with databases, external services, and internal systems.

Optimize:

Contribute to performance tuning, code quality improvements, continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines, and overall system reliability.

Collaborate:

Work closely with product owners, UX designers, DevOps engineers, suppliers, and technical partners to ensure smooth delivery and technical excellence.

Validate:

Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and on-site technical workshops to ensure feasibility and alignment with project goals.

Your Profile: Technical Expertise, Autonomy, and Team Spirit

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least one relevant experience or internship in full-stack development (Java + frontend framework).
• Curious, proactive, dynamic, and able to demonstrate strong ownership and autonomy in your work.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering ambitious, high-quality solutions.
• Fluent German speaker (mandatory).
