Mobile Engineer – Native iOS & Android Development

We are seeking a Mobile Engineer with expertise in native mobile development across both iOS and Android platforms. You’ll be part of a high-performing digital team, building intuitive and high-quality mobile experiences that serve millions of users.

This role requires strong technical depth in Kotlin and Swift, hands-on automation testing, and delivery within a SAFe and Agile Release Train (ART) environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain high-performance iOS and Android applications using Swift and Kotlin.
  • Leverage native frameworks like SwiftUI, Combine, MVVM, and Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow.
  • Write clean, maintainable code backed by native test automation tools like XCTest, Espresso, and JUnit.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile Release Trains, participating in PI Planning, sprint ceremonies, and Big Room Planning.
  • Contribute to technical standards, documentation, and code reviews to maintain code quality and knowledge sharing.



Required Skills & Experience

  • iOS: Proficiency with Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, MVVM architecture, and XCTest.
  • Android: Proficiency with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, Espresso, and JUnit.
  • Demonstrated experience in native mobile automation testing.
  • Track record of delivering mobile applications in an Agile (SAFe) environment, ideally working across Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
  • Strong understanding of mobile UX and performance principles.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app delivery.
  • Familiarity with App Store and Play Store release processes.
  • Exposure to DevSecOps and mobile security best practices.
