System Engineer

Our client in Basel is expanding their IT Operations team and is seeking a hands-on System Engineer / Client Engineer who enjoys working with modern endpoint technologies, automation and virtual desktop environments.

What you’ll be doing

• Take shared ownership of the operation and continuous improvement of the Windows client landscape as well as iOS/iPadOS devices.
• Manage OS rollouts and application deployments using SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
• Assess new operating software, perform system updates and introduce improvements where needed.
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline daily operations.

What you bring

• A completed qualification in Computer Science (university, apprenticeship or comparable training).
• Strong, practical knowledge in Microsoft Intune / SCCM and Mobile Device Management
• Fluent in German and English.
