Your new organisation

Working in a large scale, complex organisation that is one of the largest essential service providers across ANZ. This is a temp role to start ASAP until the end of Feb. You will need to work throughout all of December, other than public holiday days.


Your new role

  • You will be part of a busy HR Shared Service team supporting employees with thousands of HR requests coming through the ticketing system
  • You will be responsible for onboarding new employees, generating contracts, managing compliance and facilitating internal movements
  • You will use SAP SuccessFactors to prepare insights for transactional reporting
  • You will also answer inbound calls from employees with HR queries


You will need

  • 1+ years experience in a HR Coordination role or HR Shared Service environment
  • Experience in fast paced, transactional environment, managing multiple stakeholders
  • SAP SuccessFactors experience is a bonus not not essential
  • You must not have any holidays booked during the December/Jan period
  • You will be willing and able to work in Parramatta at least 3x per week


You will get

  • Hourly rate of 35+ super
  • Flexibility to WFH 2x per week following initial onboarding period
  • A contract with a quick start that will take you up until the end of Feb
