What’s the role?
As part of the UNITE Finance team, this role plays a key part in supporting a dynamic change portfolio within one of our Business Divisions. You’ll work alongside a team of experienced professionals, ensuring robust financial control through adherence to established policies, processes, and standards. Your insights and advice will help business leaders make informed decisions and achieve their strategic goals, all while fostering strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
You’ll also work closely with the Senior Project Finance Manager to deliver high-quality financial support and business partnering across your portfolio—providing trusted advice, tailored solutions, and meaningful analysis that drives performance and value.
What do I need?
We’re seeking someone who brings both analytical strength and a collaborative mindset. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Strong financial analysis and forecasting skills, particularly in a project or program environment. You bring 5+ years of experience in financial management, backed by a professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience with month-end accounting processes and financial controls
- The ability to interpret and communicate financial data clearly to a range of stakeholders
- A proactive approach to identifying risks, opportunities, and process improvements
- Confidence in working across teams, including finance, project management, and technology
- Financial Services experience required
