Network Engineer Level 3

The Level 3 Network Engineer will provide advanced network engineering support within a fast-paced Managed Service Provider environment. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, troubleshooting, and optimisation of customer networks, while acting as an escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 engineers. The position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently on complex issues.
Skills:
- Enterprise network design, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, and Aruba
- Advanced routing/switching (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs)
- Firewall, VPN, and network security management
- WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, wireless and load balancer support
- Use of monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds, PRTG, and ScienceLogic
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
