The incumbent is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of our translation projects, from initiation to delivery. This implies coordinating, analyzing, executing projects, and meeting tight deadlines ensuring quality control throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients and internal stakeholders to discuss project requirements, deadlines, and progress.
- Overseeing project timelines and budgets, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Selecting and coordinating internal and external resources to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Fostering positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Staying up to date with new technologies and tools that can improve efficiency and quality.
- Improving overall operation processes and workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in linguistics, translation, or related field.
- 2 years of Project Management experience (Desirable in localization or a related industry).
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with written/verbal communication with clients/resources.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks/projects.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Technically literate in the use of various IT/Software tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a culturally diverse team.
- Basic knowledge of DTP (Desktop Publishing) tools is required, particularly the Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with Adobe software (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) is highly desirable.

- Experience working in a remote environment.
