Project Manager

The incumbent is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of our translation projects, from initiation to delivery. This implies coordinating, analyzing, executing projects, and meeting tight deadlines ensuring quality control throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients and internal stakeholders to discuss project requirements, deadlines, and progress.
• Overseeing project timelines and budgets, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
• Selecting and coordinating internal and external resources to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Fostering positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Staying up to date with new technologies and tools that can improve efficiency and quality.
• Improving overall operation processes and workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in linguistics, translation, or related field.
• 2 years of Project Management experience (Desirable in localization or a related industry).
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with written/verbal communication with clients/resources.
• Highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks/projects.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Technically literate in the use of various IT/Software tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a culturally diverse team.
• Basic knowledge of DTP (Desktop Publishing) tools is required, particularly the Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with Adobe software (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) is highly desirable.
