Mid-level experience (6-9 yrs) (Account Manager / Client Partner)
Manage and grow key relationships for some of our key customers. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the Banking, Financial Servies, Insurance or Retail vertical a keen understanding of trends, and market developments in the UK and Europe. Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the Banking and Financial Services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts (farming) and with new prospects.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Leverage deep domain knowledge of the system ecosystem to provide insights and solutions that address client challenges.
• Stay abreast of technology trends and market developments to inform strategic decisions and client recommendations.
• Think outside the box to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on objectives and deliverables.
• Present complex information in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders.
Technical Skills Required
• At least 7+ years of proven experience working in various roles within an IT organization set up.
• Extensive proven experience in account farming and client relationship management.
• Good understanding of BFSI/ Retail ecosystem and an understanding of the market dynamics in the UK and Europe.
• Good understanding in selling services for one or more areas in Experience, Engineering, Data, AI, Cloud and Infrastructure, Security, ERP’s etc.
• Proven credentials in expanding business growth and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative solutions.
• Strong understanding of technology trends and market developments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
