💼 Your Role

As a Backend Developer, you will:

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance APIs and backend services in PHP Laravel
• Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver new features at scale
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape long-term technical strategy
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and best-practice development
• Optimise performance for a platform processing millions of parcel interactions
• Work in a dynamic, innovative environment where your impact is immediately visible

🎯 What They’re Looking For

• Strong professional experience with PHP Laravel
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, database architecture, and system scalability
• Familiarity with cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
• A proactive mindset and a passion for solving complex technical challenges
• Based in Belgium (for payroll), with the option to work hybrid from our Leuven HQ or fully remote
