Talencia is looking for an experienced Software engineer C++ for one of his clients.

As part of an international, cross-functional team, you will be responsible for delivering the embedded software that ensures the autonomous operation of transport systems. Your deliverables will manage navigation, motion control, and the handling/payload operations. You will work closely with product management, application engineering, and customer support teams to provide solutions for global customers.
Mission:
•Design, develop, and optimize real-time C++ software for the control of autonomous platforms (navigation, motion, payload management, communication).
•Collaborate with hardware engineers, system architects, and product managers to refine and implement software requirements.
•Conduct code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting in simulation and live environments.
•Document and maintain high-quality, easily maintainable code.
•Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural improvements.
•Support product validation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile:
•Strong experience in C/C++ development, ideally in real-time or embedded systems.
•Solid understanding of RTOS, multithreading, and the Linux environment.
•Experience in the field of autonomous systems, mechatronics, or machine control.
•Familiarity with sensor integration, motion control, and machine communication protocols (e.g., CAN, Ethernet).
•Proven skills in debugging, performance tuning, and CI/CD (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
•Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
