WE'RE LOOKING FOR A DETAIL-ORIENTED CRM CAMPAIGN ASSISTANT TO JOIN OUR TEAM!

GANNI is looking for a motivated, organized and analytical intern to join our team as a CRM Campaign Assistant Intern, reporting to our CRM Manager. You will play a key role in supporting CRM operations and customer insights analysis.

Key Responsibilities

As our CRM Campaign Assistant Intern, you will be instrumental in the daily execution and optimization of our Customer Relationship Management efforts. You will have a hands-on role in ensuring our communication is timely, relevant, and engaging across various channels. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience with essential CRM tools and contribute directly to understanding and enhancing our customer experience through data analysis and campaign management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Create newsletter and sms story, update newsletter calendar and coordinate with key teams on marketing needs
  • Help analyse customer data using Bloomreach CRM.
  • Assist CRM Manager with retail clienteling reporting (Endear)
  • Assist Head of CRM & Digital Marketing with implementation of campaigns, new developments & NPS reporting
  • Track product product performance and integrate product data on platforms
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and customer insights via dashboards and Google Analytics.

  • Contribute to ongoing CRM strategies and customer engagement initiatives.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organisational and reporting skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
