You’ll be part of a team working on our core cloud-based POS solutions – the tech behind some of the biggest retail brands worldwide. Your mission: ship quality code, stay curious, and help integrate the kind of intelligence that makes shopping simpler for everyone.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop scalable Java applications using Spring, REST, and modern toolchains – with AI-powered features in mind.
  • Help shape the architecture of intelligent retail systems that learn, adapt, and improve over time.
  • Work closely with teams focused on AI, cloud operations, and international rollouts.
  • Use GitLab, Jenkins, and testing frameworks to streamline development and ensure quality.
  • Explore how machine learning and predictive analytics can enhance the customer experience.
  • From backend logic to smart integrations – your code helps retailers serve millions better.

What You Bring

  • Solid experience in Java development – ideally with Spring, REST, Maven, and cloud-ready architectures.
  • Interest or experience in AI technologies – from ML models to intelligent automation.
  • Familiarity with enterprise databases (Oracle, MSSQL) and frontend tech (TypeScript, Vue.js) is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset, clean code principles, and a passion for solving real-world challenges.
  • Fluent in English – German is a bonus (or something you’d like to learn).
  • Curiosity, collaboration, and a drive to build tech that matters.
