Open Positions / Offene Rollen

• Senior Backend Developer (Java): Core backend development with Java and Spring Boot.
• Senior Backend / DevOps Engineer: Approx. 50/50 backend and DevOps – CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, database tuning.
• Senior Backend / AI Engineer: Backend development with AI/ML integration (Python experience a plus).

What You Bring / Was Sie mitbringen

• 5+ years of professional backend experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and related database technologies
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and collaborative team environments
• Fluent German (C1+) – essential for internal communication
• Excellent teamwork, analytical thinking, and communication skills
