Chief Technology Officer to own the technical vision and build a world-class engineering organisation.
As CTO, you’ll set the technology strategy, elevate engineering standards, and ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and ready for aggressive growth. You’ll partner directly with the CEO and investors, acting as the technical voice at the leadership table and aligning engineering execution with commercial goals.
We’re looking for a proven technology leader who has successfully led teams of 60+ engineers in a high-growth environment—ideally FinTech, regulated tech, or a similarly complex product setting. You’ll bring deep experience across modern architecture, cloud, security, data, and product engineering, alongside a track record of delivering platforms that scale.
A strong talent network in Dublin is essential. You’ll be someone who knows the local market, can attract top-tier engineers, and can build a high-performance culture from the ground up. You’ll introduce structure where needed, without losing the pace, agility, and ownership that define successful scale-ups.
