Join Our Growing Team: Onboarding & Sales Coordinator, UK

Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences, staying organised while juggling multiple tasks, and working in a dynamic, global environment? We're expanding our UK team and looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Onboarding & Sales Coordinator, UK to join our fast-growing team.

In this role, you'll report directly to our Onboarding Manager and work closely with the Sales team to onboard new properties, manage client relationships, and coordinate essential ground operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and enjoy making an impact, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Onboard newly signed properties across internal systems and ensure accurate information.
• Coordinate ground setup with partners (photographers, housekeeping, maintenance).
• Communicate with property owners via email and phone to build strong relationships.
• Prospect owners, craft proposals, and manage contracts.
• Support the Head of Sales with scheduling, follow-ups, and data preparation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while resolving inquiries and problems.
  
  

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of experience in a coordinator or similar role.
• A highly organised multitasker with a sharp eye for detail.
• Comfortable working with tight deadlines and cross-functional, remote teams.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
