As our Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing our global recruiting strategy. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment processes, develop robust talent pipelines for current and future needs, and play a vital role in fueling our growth by attracting best-in-class talent. This is an exciting opportunity to mature and elevate our Talent Acquisition function as we scale, setting new standards for excellence in hiring.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Develop and implement data-driven global talent acquisition and sourcing strategies aligned with business goals and growth projections.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower recruiters to achieve outstanding results, building a resilient and skilled TA team.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership, including C-level executives and hiring managers, to anticipate and meet evolving staffing needs across regions.
  • Serve as an executive headhunter for high-level executive searches across Europe and the USA.
  • Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers, delivering tailored recruitment solutions aligned with their specific team needs.
  • Maximize ATS capabilities to streamline processes, and lead initiatives to implement new ATS systems and redefine recruitment workflows.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and creativity within the TA team.
  • Collaborate with HR, HR Shared Service Centers, and cross-functional departments to embed talent strategies throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strategic external partnerships with sourcing networks, industry influencers, and vendors to expand sourcing channels and enhance recruiting effectiveness.

Your qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of talent acquisition experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role within a global organization, preferably in technology.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing geographically dispersed, diverse teams.
  • Proven success in designing and executing global recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools, recruitment systems, and their integration.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and critical thinking abilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment where processes are still being established.
  • Experience in building and developing high-capacity TA teams with advanced recruiting proficiency.
