About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate Scrum Master who thrives on Agile principles, has the skills to coach teams, foster continuous improvement, and ensure the organization and execution of various projects. These include large-scale application development, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrades.

What We Expect from You:

As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in the Agile transformation, guiding teams to achieve high performance and deliver value aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that Agile methods, such as Scrum, are well understood and applied.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and workshops for teams and stakeholders.
• Act as a servant leader, enabling the team to deliver maximum value to customers and stakeholders.
• Promote transparency by identifying and communicating project/team risks.
• Guide the team in developing metrics and estimates, improving predictions and risk mitigation.
• Be a change agent, driving Agile transformation not only within the team but across the organization.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role in the technology sector.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM 1 / PSM 2 / CSM).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of backlog management and hybrid environments.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
