Business Analyst

PAYSTRAX is an innovative financial technology company specialising in payment card acquiring, providing European and UK merchants with state-of-the-art solutions for all their electronic payment transaction needs. 

ROLE AND MAIN TASKS

• Conduct meetings with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements;
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements;
• Prepare detailed requirement documentation (e.g., user stories, use cases, process flows);
• Create and maintain process diagrams, wireframes, and mock-ups for product solutions;
• Document integration and data migration requirements for product;
• Collaborate with architects, QA and developers to design solutions that meet requirements;
• Support refinement sessions, sprint planning, and backlog management;
• Act as the primary point of contact for requirement-related clarifications;
• Apply AI tools to improve daily workflows;
• Ensure alignment of product configuration with business processes.

REQUIREMENTS 

•  Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects;
• Proven experience in stakeholder communication and requirements gathering, translating business needs into technical tasks for development teams;
• Demonstrated track record of working on IT projects;
• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation, process diagrams, wireframes, and mock-ups;
• Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal;
• Experience in working in an Agile environment, including sprint planning and backlog grooming;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
