Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst – Calypso:

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to derivatives, fixed income, FX, risk management, and post-trade processes.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications adapted to the Calypso platform.
• Configure, test, and validate Calypso features including trade capture, pricing, risk, settlements, and reporting.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure technical delivery matches functional requirements.
• Support front, middle, and back-office users in their daily Calypso operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in system upgrades, parameter changes, UAT, and post-go-live monitoring.
• Maintain project documentation and assist with demos, training, and user support.

How do we imagine our future Business Analyst – Calypso?

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, ideally with Calypso exposure.
• Strong understanding of derivatives, cash products, trading lifecycle, and risk management.
• Familiarity with key Calypso modules (Trade Capture, Events, Tasks, Workflow, Reporting, Interfaces).
• Basic SQL skills; experience with XML, Java, or FIX/other interfaces is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business and technical teams.
• Agile experience preferred.
• Fluency in French in English, German is an advantage.
