We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with expertise in product consulting/product management to join our dynamic team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements by conducting comprehensive needs assessments, product demonstrations, and strategy workshops to ensure successful adoption to customer solutions.
• Develop and maintain deep product knowledge, providing thought leadership on best practices and industry trends to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to influence product roadmap and enhancements based on client feedback.
• Design and deliver tailored training programs to empower clients in effectively utilizing our products, maximizing their return on investment.
• Measure and report on client satisfaction and product utilization, proactively addressing any challenges to ensure long-term success.

Qualification & Experience

• 5 years of experience in product consulting, product management, or a related field, with a proven track record in client engagement and satisfaction.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience in delivering compelling product demonstrations to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Preferred - Experience with eCommerce industry relevant to SAP Hybris CCV2 Commerce Tools offerings, demonstrating an understanding of the market landscape and competitive positioning.
• Proficiency with CRM and analytics to track client interactions and product performance.
• Advanced degree in business, technology, or related discipline.
