Join our HR team and make an impact by delivering excellent support to employees and managers across multiple countries. As a People Services Partner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth employee experience throughout the entire HR lifecycle.
This position is part of our HR Shared Service Center (SSC), supporting multiple regions and ensuring consistent, high-quality HR services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level HR support to employees and managers, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently and accurately.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee life cycle activities while maintaining a positive employee experience.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems and tools.
- Coordinate HR processes related to compensation, benefits, learning, and performance.
- Support international mobility processes, including relocation and documentation.
- Prepare employee correspondence and reports while ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems is an advantage.
