This role will be part of our HR Shared Service Center, supporting operations across multiple locations and ensuring a consistent, high-quality employee experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the friendly first point of contact for employees and managers on all things HR.
- Help new joiners feel at home — from their first offer letter to their first day.
- Keep our HR systems running smoothly and make sure our data stays spotless.
- Support teams across the globe with onboarding, mobility, and daily HR processes.
- Create letters, reports, and documents that make people’s lives easier.
- Jump into HR projects and help us improve how we work every day.
- A degree in HR, Management, or related area (or experience that shows your skills).
- Great communication skills in English — you’re clear, confident, and people enjoy talking to you.
- You’re detail-oriented and love bringing structure to chaos.
- You enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
- You’re adaptable, solution-oriented, and proactive.
- You know your way around Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Bonus if you’ve worked with Workday, ServiceNow, or other HR platforms!
