Descrição da Função

"We are seeking a Strategic Project Manager to work directly with the CEO and take ownership of the full lifecycle of the company’s most important strategic initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments and, when necessary, external consultants and stakeholders. ROLE: Diagnose and resolve major cross-departmental challenges; Lead strategic project planning, execution, and closure; Collaborate with department leaders and the C-suite to ensure alignment with strategic objectives; Deliver analytical, data-supported insights for decision-making; Coordinate budgets, resources, and timelines; Support company-wide strategic development. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or similar; MBA preferred; At least 3 years in consultancy, project management, or business strategy; Strong strategic and analytical mindset with proven problem-solving ability; Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities; Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional independence.
