What you’ll do:

• communicate directly with clients to gather requirements and identify their needs,
• translate client expectations into actionable plans for internal teams,
• collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, project management, QA, etc.) to align on goals and timelines,
• push projects forward to achieve quick and high-quality delivery of new software,
• monitor progress, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth execution throughout the product lifecycle,
• maintain clear documentation of requirements, updates, and delivery milestones.

What we’re looking for:

• at least 5 years of work experience in software development environment,
• experience as a business analyst, product manager or similar role,
• strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively,
• problem-solving mindset with a focus on timely delivery,
• high understanding of software/technical IT concepts,
• advance proficiency in written and oral communication in English and Mandarin,
• frequent travel required.
