AI Software Engineer | Hybrid |

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing Swiss technology company that is expanding its AI and software engineering capabilities. They are opening a brand-new position for a Senior AI Software Engineer to help shape next-generation enterprise platforms powered by modern AI, ML and LLM technologies.

In this role, you will work across the full engineering lifecycle — from concept and architecture to implementation and delivery. You’ll split your time between full-stack development (React/TypeScript and C#/.NET) and hands-on AI engineering, building intelligent features such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation, hybrid search, multi-agent systems and data-driven automation components. This is a role for someone who wants to go beyond PoCs and bring real AI features into production environments used by global clients.

The engineering organisation is highly collaborative, working in an agile setup with a mix of local and remote team members. You will be joining a motivated and forward-thinking group of engineers who care about quality, innovation, and building reliable software systems. The company is investing heavily in new technologies and expanding its product line — so your ideas, ownership and technical insight will directly shape the next generation of their platforms.

We are looking for a software engineer with around four to five years of experience (strong three-year profiles will also be considered), who brings experience in LLM/ML development, modern frontend and backend engineering, and an interest in solving real-world business problems with AI.
