🧩 We are currently seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our client's team. Our client is specializing in the Sportsbook product domain and operates an online platform with a robust backend infrastructure, custom-built and developed. This open role offers a unique opportunity for the selected candidate to actively participate in product development and influence its future direction. 🧩

👉 Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between end users and developers, facilitating effective communication and understanding between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Gain a deep understanding of business requirements and translate them into actionable insights for the development team.
• Collaborate with business users to gather feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and refine product features.
• Contribute to the creation and organization of Jira tickets, ensuring clear documentation and structured communication of development tasks.
• Demonstrate technical acumen by understanding databases, APIs, and other technical concepts to effectively communicate requirements to the development team.
• Utilize tools such as Balsamiq or Draw.io to model business processes and create wireframes for visual representation.
• Ability to create flowcharts and process diagrams to illustrate business workflows is a plus.

🧩 Requirements:

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English, as the role involves remote communication with the product manager who is abroad.
• Highly organized and structured approach to tasks, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Technical inclination with a general understanding of databases, APIs, and software development processes.
• Proficiency in tools like Balsamiq and Draw.io (modeling business processes, creating wireframes, sketches).
• Experience with flowcharting and process diagramming is desirable.
