We are extending our new Central Marketing activation hub for Europe and seeking an experienced Graphic Designer. If you have the right expertise and a pioneering start-up spirit, we want you to join us.


A bit about you

  • Minimum 5 years of Graphic Design in a digital or creative environment
  • Proven experience in photo and video retouching, working within corporate visual identity frameworks
  • Experience with marketing or automotive brands is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • English advanced
  • Edit and retouch photos for campaigns, product visuals, and digital materials, ensuring high quality and brand consistency
  • Cut and assemble video footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring clean transitions, accurate pacing, and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Ensure consistent application of Mercedes-Benz visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Align designs with HQ templates, coordinate with agencies, and adapt assets for different markets
  • Organize design files, maintain digital libraries, and ensure timely delivery of final materials


What Does Success Look Like in This Role:

  • Reporting directly to the Digital Touchpoints Team Lead, you will create, adapt, and refine visual assets (images, videos, graphics) to support campaigns and digital initiatives, ensuring all materials meet Mercedes-Benz quality standards and local market needs
  • Collaborating closely with the internal stakeholders, you will streamline the visual production and adaptation process, ensuring brand consistency, efficient delivery, and high-quality execution across all formats and markets
