Are you passionate about network performance and troubleshooting? We’re looking for a skilled professional to monitor, analyze, and optimize our Telecom Mobile Core Network using tools like Centreon, EXFO, Kibana, and Grafana.


Key Responsibilities


  • Monitor the health and performance of voice, core network, and IT infrastructure across a 24/7 operations schedule. (1st Level)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IP networking (TCP/IP, BGP), mobile core protocols and backend systems (databases, APIs).
  • Operate effectively in Linux environments.
  • Use monitoring and observability tools such as Syslog, Centreon, EXFO, Kibana, and Grafana to detect and resolve real-time issues.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, alerts, and service requests, with proper escalation and follow through for complex problems.
  • Work rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) to ensure continuous coverage.
  • Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to improve internal knowledge and response times.


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Mobile Core Network, SS7/Diameter/CAMEL/MAP protocols, and hands-on experience in resolving technical IT issues, including database-related issues (e.g., query optimization, connectivity, and performance troubleshooting) and API problems.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, including protocols, routing, network architecture, and overall IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC), IT Support, or a similar technical support role (e.g., incident management, problem management, change request).
  • Experience with monitoring and analyzing performance tools (e.g., Centreon, Grafana, Kibana, Nagios, EXFO).
  • Surveillance of the telecommunications network, initial alarm correlation, fault isolation, incident filtering, and working with ticketing systems (e.g., PagerDuty).
  • Basic knowledge of Linux system environments, including the use of command-line tools for system and database-level troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and processes, or equivalent experience in service management.
  • Understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases, including experience in writing basic queries, interpreting logs, and supporting data integrity and availability as part of incident resolution.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and across teams. Datanet Systems Software is part of the Datanet Systems Company.
