What You’ll Do

- Analyze user journeys to uncover friction points and opportunities.
- Design and run A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and personalization strategies.
- Partner with designers, product managers, and devs to bring hypotheses to life.
- Turn research into actionable insights that improve conversion, retention, and satisfaction.
- Use analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.) to measure what matters.
- Build a culture of continuous testing and learning across teams.
- Experiment roadmaps with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
- Insights dashboards and reports that tell a story, not just numbers.
- Optimized landing pages, flows, and funnels that just work.
- Recommendations backed by both data and design thinking.
- Fluent level of English is a must
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Proven ability to lead teams of UX and product specialists.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
- Expertise in Contentsquare, FullStory, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, or similar behavioral analytics platforms that support customer journey mapping and data-driven UX optimization.
