Basic Software and Diagnostics Requirements Engineer

The role

In this role you will focus on development for Core System functionality in clients coming SPA3 product architecture. The three main product areas will be Diagnostics, SWDL/OTA and Communication.

Main responsibilities

• Basetech requirement handling for SWDL/OTA, Diagnostics and Communication.
• Requirement engineering such as writing requirements, review, handshake compliance and consistency.
• Requirement understanding, SPOC between BaseTech and Engineering, Requirement development and Compliance.
• Structured stakeholder mapping and onboarding, reference group facilitation, and continuous support for ECU/Node consumers.
• Maintaining traceability and compliance across all requirements, driving DTC/diagnostics strategy, managing SWDL/OTA baselines, and ensuring readiness for launch and post-launch phases.
• Traceability reports, onboarding kits, DTC/diagnostics packages, readiness checklists, sourcing handshakes, and support SLA reports.

• SystemWeaver, Jira, VIDA, Diagnostic Validation Toolset, SAE J2012, AUTOSAR DEM/DCM/FIM, Fault Trace Thinking, FMEA.
