Senior backend engineer

Calling all Senior backend / full-stack engineer!

I'm currently working with a fast-paced product company based in central Stockholm who are looking to grow their team due to strong investment, a validated product and huge traction from new and existing customers going into the new year!

Their product is a unique, white-label B2B platform which enables operators to build, launch, scale and monetise their own iGaming or casino platform - WITHOUT HAVING TO CODE!

Think Shopify for the casino sector, they enables the likes of influencers, streamers and other operators to launch their own games, with a highly customizable pre-built platform and infrastructure, handling all bureaucracy and licensing involved with the industry.

The company are approx 10-12 people, with a super talented 7 person engineering team, building a high availability, high traffic & data intensive product!

Currently looking for a senior backend OR fullstack engineer (with a backend focus) to join on a permanent basis as they expand, working hybrid out of their Stockholm HQ!

What you’ll do:

• Architect and build scalable, high-performance applications using our core tech stack.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to develop features that support operator and player growth.
• Make decisions around infrastructure, security, and long-term maintainability.

Skills we’re looking for:

• Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and modern web frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of AWS and cloud-native architecture.
• Solid database experience (PostgreSQL) — especially around optimisation at scale.
• Strong experience with events-driven architectures and tools such as: SQS, RabbitMQ, Kafka etc
• Passion for Web3 / blockchain (bonus, but not strictly required)

This is an opportunity to join a company who has already established and validated their product, but still at an early stage where scope for growth is immense. You'd work on a technically complex product with real-time impact, and be able to take ownership in the process.

This role requires fluent English language & full right-to-work in Sweden without the need for visa extension/sponsorship/assistence
