A rapidly growing, VC-backed technology scale-up operating at the intersection of Web3, real-money gaming, and B2B SaaS is expanding its engineering team in Stockholm.

They’ve built a next-generation platform that enables creators, influencers and operators to launch fully compliant, real-money online products without writing any code. The platform handles licensing, compliance, infrastructure, payments, data flows and blockchain transparency — allowing customers to focus on community and growth.

The product is already live with paying customers and the company is now entering a major phase of scale, performance optimisation and engineering expansion.

🔧 Roles Available

1️⃣ Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Backend-leaning)

2️⃣ Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Frontend-leaning)

These are high-ownership roles in a small senior team (approx. 7 engineers currently), where you will influence both the product and the technical direction.

🧩 What You’ll Work On

Backend / Full-Stack Role

• Build high-performance backend services using TypeScript & Node.js
• Work across a modern cloud-native stack (AWS, serverless, PostgreSQL)
• Handle large-scale data flows, real-time transactions and performance-sensitive features
• Improve reliability, scalability and observability of the platform
• Full lifecycle ownership, “you build it, you run it”

Frontend / Full-Stack Role

• Own and evolve the platform’s frontend (dashboard, operator tools, analytics views)
• Work with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind
• Collaborate closely with product and design on UX/UI improvements
• Deliver clean, modern interfaces with a focus on performance and usability
• Bring best practices and structure to the frontend codebase

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Backend-focused candidates

• Strong experience with: TypeScript, Node.js, AWS
• Solid PostgreSQL understanding (performance tuning, scaling)
• Experience in high-traffic, data-intensive systems
• Bonus: Web3, payments, blockchain, or real-time platforms
• 5+ years of engineering experience

Frontend-focused candidates

• Senior-level React, Next.js and TypeScript
• Strong eye for UI/UX and modern component-based development
• Comfortable taking ownership of the entire frontend
• Experience building dashboards or complex interfaces is a plus

For both roles:

• Enjoy small teams, autonomy and rapid iteration
• Comfortable working across the stack when needed
• Curious about Web3 (interest is enough, experience not required)
