Project Leader – Electrical Engineering & Automation

We are seeking an experienced Project Leader to manage electrical engineering and automation design within multidisciplinary projects. This role involves overseeing scope, schedule, quality, and costs, while actively participating in sales and proposal phases and leading project execution and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and coordinate electrical engineering and automation work in complex projects.
• Monitor and report progress on costs, quality, and timelines.
• Identify opportunities for scope expansion and manage changes effectively.
• Participate in sales and proposal phases to strengthen customer engagement.
• Lead and manage project teams locally and globally.
• Support site and workshop activities when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation.
• 7–9 years of experience in electrical engineering and/or automation design.
• Strong technical expertise with knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.
• Proven experience in industrial plant engineering projects.
• Leadership experience with international teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work on-site during project phases.
• Experience in global project environments and practical industrial experience is an advantage.
