What You’ll Do

• Develop and ship new features & user interfaces from wireframes to production
• Ensure top-notch performance and smooth user experience across devices
• Debug, optimize, and fix performance bottlenecks
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code with unit & integration tests
• Collaborate with designers, back-end engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality apps.

Who We’re Looking For

✅ Experienced Developers

• Proficiency in Kotlin or Flutter (Compose)
• End-to-end experience from first line of code to publishing in stores
• Strong knowledge of Android & iOS environments
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, Git, push notifications, Firebase
• Solid grasp of architectures (MVP, MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture)
• Hands-on debugging & profiling experience
• Commitment to writing clean, well-structured, and maintainable code

✅ High-Potential Early Talent

• Even if you are at an early stage in your career, you must have already developed at least one app (published or side project)
• You’ve built projects through hackathons, GitHub contributions, or personal initiatives
• Passion and curiosity matter as much as years of experience.
