We are building the native iOS version of EgoPlay, the world’s first Physical MMO where users record real-world actions to earn rewards. The app will integrate advanced camera/video capture, sensor data collection, background uploads, gamification mechanics, and a polished, high-performance UI.

We’re looking for a strong iOS Swift developer who can take full ownership of the iOS client — from architecture to App Store launch.

• Build the native iOS EgoPlay app from the ground up using Swift / SwiftUI.
• Develop high-performance video recording, stabilization, and media handling pipelines (AVFoundation).
• Integrate sensor data (motion, GPS, etc.) into video capture sessions.
• Implement game-like UI/UX — chests, XP, energy mechanics, leaderboards, animations.
• Connect with backend APIs (Supabase or custom backend) and handle data/state synchronization.
• Build offline-first and efficient upload logic for large media files.
• Ensure smooth performance across modern iPhones with strong attention to FPS, CPU/GPU optimization.
• Ship high-quality, stable builds and handle App Store submission/review.
• Collaborate with product, backend, and design teams to iterate fast.

• 3+ years of experience building production iOS apps.
• Experience with ARKit, LiDAR.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI, with solid UIKit knowledge.
• Deep experience with AVFoundation:
• custom camera previews
• video/photo capture
• manual controls
• background processing & compression
• Experience integrating REST APIs/WebSockets for real-time features.
