We are expanding our remote mobile organization and looking for an experienced iOS Team Lead to guide, mentor, and elevate our iOS engineering team while contributing hands-on to next-generation mobile platforms used by millions worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of iOS developers, providing guidance on best practices, architecture, and development workflows.
• Architect, build, and scale iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, and async/await.
• Drive technical decision-making, ensuring clean, maintainable, and scalable codebases.
• Translate product and design concepts into responsive, delightful, and accessible interfaces across all Apple devices.
• Oversee integrations with REST APIs, sockets/WebSockets, and emerging AI-powered services.
• Own features end-to-end—from planning and architecture to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct code reviews, uphold code quality standards, and champion continuous improvement through CI/CD and automated testing.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver features quickly and with high quality.
• Stay ahead of trends within the iOS ecosystem, particularly in SwiftUI, concurrency, and AI-driven development workflows.
  

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of professional iOS development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or lead role.
• Strong expertise in Swift, with deep hands-on experience in SwiftUI and modern iOS development patterns.
• Proven experience guiding teams in architectures like MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Solid experience with real-time networking (Sockets/WebSockets).
• Excellent understanding of adaptive layouts, accessibility, performance tuning, and mobile optimization.
• Experience integrating third-party SDKs, analytics, and monitoring tools.
• Strong communication skills, a team-first mindset, and the ability to coach and develop engineers.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with delivery velocity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

• Experience leading projects in fintech, e-commerce, or live-streaming domains.
• Exposure to AI-powered mobile tools (code assistants, on-device ML, generative AI integrations).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, etc.).
• Contributions to the open-source iOS community or active participation in developer communities.
