Job Purpose

The Compensation & Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing all compensation and benefits processes within the organization. This role will ensure accurate budget planning, salary strategy development, and alignment with global HR practices. The position requires strong analytical and financial reporting capabilities, close collaboration with the Global HR team and local finance department, and oversight of SPC & Plant operations across Turkey. The ideal candidate has advanced English skills, strong Excel proficiency, and experience in HR Compensation & Benefits, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, monitor, and revise the Human Resources compensation and benefits budget.
  • Determine annual salary strategies in alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Execute and follow compensation benchmark processes.
  • Prepare revised strategy proposals and budget scenarios.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor and control the HR budget on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with the Global HR team, attend meetings, and complete assigned tasks related to global processes.
  • Work closely with the local finance department to ensure budget accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage compensation and benefits processes for SPC & Plant (all Turkey).

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree is required.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • At least 5+ years of finance and budget reporting experience, specifically within HR Compensation & Benefits.
  • Advanced written and spoken English.
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to work with complex data.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is considered a plus.

Required Behaviours And Competencies

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with global stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

Required Languages

Fluent English is essential.
