We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics operations across all project locations within our international construction projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent command of English (a second foreign language is a strong asset)
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Preferably experienced in logistics departments within the construction industry, especially with international project exposure
- Proficient in ERP systems and logistics-specific software
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
- No restrictions on international travel
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and optimize end-to-end procurement and logistics operations for all machinery, equipment, and materials required for our international construction projects
- Oversee the entire logistics cycle—from supplier pickup to delivery at the construction site—ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-effective operations
- Manage temporary and permanent import processes, as well as road and sea transportation planning
- Coordinate all customs-related procedures in collaboration with customs brokerage partners
- Collaborate with the logistics purchasing team to support contract negotiations and strategic agreements with transportation service providers
- Lead and supervise the transportation planning team, developing effective planning practices and ensuring the use of advanced logistics tools
- Lead international logistics agreement processes, maintain relationships with foreign logistics stakeholders, and ensure alignment with the head office
- Support Project Management in cost planning, shipment scheduling, and overall logistics strategy
- Prepare detailed logistics tracking reports for each project and present them to the Finance and Project Management departments
- Prepare and submit project-based logistics budgets
