We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for our leading global partner in the Telecommunications sector. In this strategic role, you will take part in major 5G Network Rollout Projects, ensuring end-to-end delivery management from planning and execution to project closure and final customer acceptance. You will collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure structural excellence, financial control, and successful high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and successfully deliver complex telecommunication network deployment projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, define crucial milestones, and actively ensure the timely achievement of all project targets.
• Take full ownership of project financials, including budget management, cost control, profitability tracking, and invoicing progress.
• Coordinate seamlessly with various internal technical departments (e.g., Radio Frequency, Transmission, Core, IP, Delivery, PMO, and Finance) to guarantee smooth operational flow.
• Act as the primary interface for customer communication, managing project governance meetings and upholding strong client satisfaction.
• Ensure strict adherence to corporate project management standards and established quality gates (e.g., internal delivery review processes, integrated digital delivery platforms).
• Supervise and manage subcontractors and suppliers, enforcing compliance with technical specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Proactively identify project risks and assumptions, defining and implementing effective mitigation strategies through regular review sessions.
• Provide clear and accurate project status reports to senior management and lead internal/external project audits.

Required Skills & Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in telecom project management, specifically focused on MBB/RAN network rollout or modernization projects.
• In-depth technical understanding of 4G/5G mobile technologies, network rollout methodologies, and field operations management.
• Proven track record in successful stakeholder management and experience in demanding customer-facing delivery roles.
• Proficiency in professional project management tools and the MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with established internal telecom project management and execution systems (e.g., platforms used for financial tracking, sales/contract management, and delivery documentation) is a significant asset.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with professional fluency in English.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent globally recognized certification is a plus.

Location & Work Arrangement:

• Location: Ümraniye, Istanbul, Turkey.
• Work Model: This position requires a full-time, 5-day-a-week, fully on-site commitment at our client's Ümraniye offices. Hybrid or remote working options are not available.
