We continue to product in Gaziemir Esbaş location with more than 350 employees.


Come and join our teams as Industrialization Project Manager on a permanent contract, starting as soon as possible.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The main mission is to act as a key leader in managing industrialization projects for new machines and equipment. This includes driving cost-saving initiatives through automation, increasing capacity, replacing existing systems, investing in new facilities, and supporting new product launches — all while serving as an expert and natural leader in a cross-functional environment.


More specifically, you will :

- Organize design and concept reviews, obtain approvals, and coordinate industrialization phase (manufacturing) follow-up, acceptance visits, machine installations, and supplier payments.

- Define concept design and process flow of new investments together with the project team to achieve the goals of new machine/tool implementation.

- Manage risk analyses and FMEA studies using relevant data collected from the shopfloor; define error-proofing (poka-yoke) solutions with the team.

- Being part of New Product Project team, provide machine/gabari/tool needs as a team player.

- Measure and evaluate investment results with the team and define corrective action plans when needed (based on OEE, labor cost reduction, quality FTT, cadence, etc.).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering is preferred.(Other engineering disciplines may also be considered depending on experience and expertise.)

- More than 5 years experience in robotic/automated machine project management,

- Good knowledge of Quality project methods (FMEA, validation plan, design of experiments),

- Knowledge of Fanuc / Kuka Robot Programming,

- Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD,

- Acts as a role model in demonstrating work discipline and commitment within the project team.

- Excellent level of English (both written and spoken) is a must, (Only English applications are accepted).
