Job Purpose
Plays a crucial role in providing strategic support to the Strategic Advisory Director and Group CEO by conducting analysis, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring effective communication and execution of strategic priorities within the Group CEO Office.
Roles, Responsibilities, Duties
High – Level Analysis
- Conduct high – level analysis and prepare presentation for senior management.
- Gather and analyze relevant data to provide insights for strategic decision – making.
- Create visually compelling presentations that effectively communicate complex information.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify key priorities and develop actionable strategies.
Desktop Research and Reporting
- Conduct desktop research leveraging on the firm’s resources and prepare reports.
- Utilize the firm’s resources and other reputable private and licensed sources to gather industry insights and best practices.
- Conduct in – depth research on specific topics related to the project.
- Synthesize research findings into comprehensive reports tailored to the needs of the C – suite executives.
Project Management Framework
- Adherence to establish a project management framework.
- Enable a digital project management tools and quality control measures to track project progress and follow up with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and automation using Power BI or any other relevant tools for proper visualization of KPIs and other relevant information.
- Enable project management tools’ insights to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Manage senior stakeholders
- Capability to manage senior stakeholders and follow up on actions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C – suite executives, project sponsors, and regulatory authorities.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Monitor action items and follow up with relevant parties to drive accountability and progress.
Strategic Guidance and Advisory Support
- Offer strategic insights and recommendations based on best practices, industry trends, market analysis, and project – specific considerations.
- Advise senior management on potential risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies.
- Assist in the development and refinement of the project’s overall strategic roadmap.
- Monitor projects’ alignment in value creation and fulfillment of the Group strategic objectives.
Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field is required.
- Advanced degrees such as an MBA is preferred.
Experience:
- At least 5 – 7 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or management consulting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools and software (e.g., Excel, BI tools).

- Proficient in conducting desktop research and leveraging organizational resources to gather relevant data.
- Experience in synthesizing research findings into actionable recommendations.

- Strong understanding of business operations, financial performance, and industry dynamics.
