About the role
We are searching for a Brand & Concept Designer (Graphic Designer) with big ideas and great vibes to join an exciting, rapidly expanding marketing agency in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who can translate ideas into visually compelling brand concepts, campaigns, and assets. You will work closely with the creative, strategy, and account teams to bring brand identities and marketing campaigns to life across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Branding & Concept Development
- Develop brand identities, including logos, visual systems, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines.
- Create strong visual concepts for campaigns, activations, and brand experiences.
- Translate strategic briefs into mood boards, creative directions, and concept presentations.
- Ensure consistency of visual language across all brand touchpoints.
Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Design campaign assets for social media, digital ads, OOH, retail, and print.
- Produce high-quality layouts, illustrations, and graphics that align with client objectives and brand standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas.
- Prepare final artwork files for production and print-ready delivery.
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with copywriters, art directors, and account managers to deliver integrated creative solutions.
- Present concepts and design rationale to internal teams and clients when required.
- Adapt global brand guidelines for local markets and campaigns.
- Stay up to date with design trends, creative tools, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a creative agency or design studio.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, concept development, and multi-channel campaign work.
- Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion design skills are a plus.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
