About the Role:
As our HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional employee experience. You’ll support HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job adverts, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information
- Assist with employee relations, engagement initiatives, and company events
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant
- Respond to HR-related inquiries and support employees across the business
Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or coordinator role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficient with MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS)
- A proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused approach
