Job Description
Maintain broadcast equipment and systems to make sure its availability in the TV facility and it’s in working condition, ensuring compliance with the internal policies, procedures, and standards of Company as well as Guidelines related to laws and regulations in the UAE.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to TV hardware, software, and connectivity
- Design, integrate, commission and upgrade systems to ensure compliance with requirements and functions.
- Implement the approved preventive maintenance plan to ensure that any potential disruptions in broadcast equipment are identified and corrected in a
- Carry out maintenance and repair tasks for all broadcast equipment and systems at the facility as needed to ensure proper performance.
- Provide technical support to end users as soon as requests are received to ensure that problems are resolved in a timely manner.
